This account nickname was created as a procedural action related to a WP:RFCU check. It was created by Daniel.Bryant (talk • contribs), firstly for WP:DENY reasons, and also to complete {{sockpuppetcheckuser}} procedures. It serves the purpose of being the "puppetmaster", as no main user account can be identified as playing this role. More details can be found here.[1]
