Talk:2M1207

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I don't think there should be a separate article for 2M1207b. There's too little information about the system to justify 2 articles. 193.171.121.30 13:41, 2 May 2005 (UTC)

This article appears contradictory, it says these objects are located in both the :Centaurus constellation and the Hydra constellation. I would guess it's unlikely that :they fall right on the dividing line so that the planet's on one side and its :primary's on the other, if that's the case then this coincidence definitely needs :explicit mention. [edit] Star or Brown dwarf?

Shouldn't 2M1207 be classified as a M-dwarf star, because brown dwarfs are only L and T class types. — Alastor Moody (T + C + U) 04:19, 14 October 2006 (UTC)

Young, hot brown dwarfs can be of spectral type M.--JyriL talk 17:58, 14 October 2006 (UTC)
