Please stop targeting one or more user's pages or talk pages for abuse or insults, unwarranted doctoring or blanking. It can be seen as vandalism and may get you blocked from editing Wikipedia. --AbsolutDan (talk) 02:46, 9 May 2006 (UTC)

Hello - it seems to me that you are experiencing some difficulties with editing Wikipedia. I'd like to offer my help. All you have to do is click here, fill in the subject, write in what it is you need help with in the box, add 4 tildes (~~~~) at the end of the text, then hit "save page". I will write back to you here on this page --AbsolutDan (talk)

Hello - me again. I got your message on my talk page. You are getting these warnings because some of the edits from your IP address appeared to be vandalism (such as this improper warning you added to a user's talk page. Also, you removed another editor's comments in this edit. Watch this page - i will be adding a welcome message that has some helpful links on how best to edit Wikipedia. If you need any further help, feel free to contact me again on my talk page here --AbsolutDan (talk) 03:13, 9 May 2006 (UTC)

Welcome!

Welcome!

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:

Here are some other hints and tips:

  • I would recommend that you get a username. You don't have to log in to read or edit articles on Wikipedia, but creating an account is quick, free and non-intrusive, requires no personal information, and there are many benefits of having a username. (If you edit without a username, your IP address is used to identify you instead.)
  • When using talk pages, please sign your name at the end of your messages by typing four tildes (~~~~). This will automatically produce your username (or IP address) and the date.

If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question or ask me on my talk page. I will answer your questions as far as I can. Again, welcome!

Thank you again for contributing to Wikipedia. I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian.

Conrad Black

(In response to the message you left me on my user talkspace) I re-removed the linkspam put there by Sox First to a blog article on that user's webpage for the following reasons: 1) Blogs are generally to be avoided as external links (See: Wikipedia: Links to normally avoid (#10); and 2) It could also be considered vanity link because the user linked to their own website--this is also to be generally avoided. Thanks for your concern. --Rkitko 03:17, 9 May 2006 (UTC)
