[edit] Bill O'Reilly (commentator)
Please stop deleting linked/sourced information from the Bill O'Reilly (commentator) article. Just because you have proclaimd a source as "bias" [sic] does not make the information false. Please join the discussion on the talk page of the article before making further unwarranted edits or deletions. Thanks.Hal Raglan 18:25, 28 January 2006 (UTC)
If you look at the talk page, you will see that I HAVE been discussing the changes.
- Do not continue blanking sections on Bill O'Reilly (commentator). If you do, your edits will be treated as vandalism and dealt with accordingly. —Viriditas | Talk 22:33, 1 February 2006 (UTC)
How is it vandalism when I am discussing it? I am not trying to vandalize the article and I take exception to your accusation that I am. I will leave it alone since you are so adament about it, but I would hardly say it is not disputed since I am disputing it now. A simple solution would be for you to replace the section WITH appropriate citations to sources, then I would not have any grounds to dispute it, nor would I want to. All I am asking for are a few sources so I can verify the validity of the claim 24.11.154.78 23:57, 1 February 2006 (UTC)
- The validity of the claim is not in question. Sources have been provided, and O'Reilly admits making the claim (as reported in the The Washington Post and as seen in the archived BookExpo video on C-SPAN). This topic has been well-covered in the media, and I suggest you do some basic research. —Viriditas | Talk 00:01, 2 February 2006 (UTC)
I was doing basic research on this online encyclopedia and I wanted to see more sources, and now that some sources have been given I have no problem with the claim.
- FYI, your comments will hold more weight and you will be taken more seriously if you register a user name. Additionally, a registered user name will give you benefits as described above, in addition to being able to edit semi-protected pages. —Viriditas | Talk 01:31, 2 February 2006 (UTC)
