[edit] Summary
Printed in E.L. Ahrons "The British Steam Railway locomotive 1825-1925", in 1925. It was published without identification of the author, and looks like an official photograph. Since the author is anonymous, unknown and unidentifiable, copyright expired 70 years after first publication. The man in the picture is William Woodhard, the Mechinal Engineerer for Berry Peacock, the loco works who built the engine.
