[edit] "open to all members of World Scout Movement"

This sounds a bit too unspecific to me. As far as I am informed allowed are still only members of the World Organsation of Scout Movement (WOSM). Members of the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS) are allowed if they are member of a SAGNO (national scout associations which are members of both WOSM and WAGGGS). So this part should be a bit more specific. I tried to rephrase it. However, if a native english speaker/writter want to check it out, you are very welcome. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Toomai (talkcontribs).
