This image was taken on the bus. It shows a middle aged man with a moustache wearing a grey t-shirt with a palm tree on it standing on the top deck of the number 26 bus.

PD or fair use
This is an image from a CCTV or Surveillance camera. It may be public domain through lack of creative authorship, or alternatively it may be usable under the fair use doctrine.

Believed to be Metropolitan police but crime suspect so fair use probable - have retagged it to get it off the speedy delete list as there is probability of fair use. If it is not justified fully it should go back on speedy. Justinc 23:54, 22 September 2005 (UTC)
