The 216th Rifle Division was a Russian infantry division in the Red Army during World War II.

6th April 1945: Part of the divisions in the encirclement of Königsberg, located at the northwest sector. Division to the right 208th Rifle Division, to the left 153rd Rifle Division. They attacked German positions and broke through the second defense line.
