Please do not replace Wikipedia pages with blank content. Blank pages are harmful to Wikipedia because they have a tendency to confuse readers. If it is a duplicate article, please redirect it to an appropriate existing page. If the page has been vandalised, please revert it to the last legitimate version. If you feel that the content of a page is inappropriate, please edit the page and replace it with appropriate content. If you believe there is no hope for the page, please see the deletion policy for how to proceed. Thanks for contributing to Wikipedia! JoanneB 15:56, 3 November 2005 (UTC)

Another spree of vandalism on the (GMT) afternoon of 2005-12-12, including a subtle change of dates. I have reverted each one. Please don't continue on this path. --Telsa 21:54, 12 December 2005 (UTC)
I have to thank this IP address. It attempted to sneakily change the same date again ([1]). I went to find a government site as a definitive reference and found that the original date was out by a day. So now we have the right date, the right act name, and a reference: definitely an improvement. I would never have bothered if I had not seen the second date change within a day. I am afraid that without an edit summary or a reference I still regard it as a sneaky attempt, but all turned out well in the end. Telsa 18:03, 13 December 2005 (UTC)
