Attention:

This IP address, 205.188.116.68, is the address of a shared AOL (formerly America Online) web proxy server and may be shared by hundreds of AOL users at any given time (see AOL ranges). Comments left on this page may be received by other users of this IP and appear to be irrelevant. Caution should be used when blocking this IP or reverting its contributions without checking.

If you are an unregistered user operating from this address, note that this is not the IP address of your machine. 205.188.116.68 is the IP address of a proxy server that communicates between your browser and the Wikimedia servers. These and other proxies are shared among thousands of AOL users. If you are frustrated by irrelevant comments appearing here, you can avoid them by creating an account for yourself.

Please note: AOL users using shared proxies may use different proxies with each page they load.
Warnings or messages left on this page will not be received by the intended user. Because of the way the AOL cache assigns IPs based on the pagename requested, warnings will almost never appear on the correct page.

[edit] Do Not Remove Warnings

Please do not remove warnings from your talk page or replace them with offensive content. Removing or maliciously altering warnings from your talk page will not remove them from the page history. If you continue to remove or vandalize warnings from your talk page, you will lose your privilege of editing your talk page. Thanks. Wikipediarules2221 23:39, 2 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] JK

If you wish to be removed from LTA you should mention it on the talk page of that article and see what other people think, although I doubt too many will agree to it. I will not remove your entry myself until you have stopped creating sockpuppets, I have no reason to believe you are serious. Similarly, if you want the article undeleted go to Wikipedia:Deletion review and argue your case. Be warned though, you will find we are not willing to trade with vandals. Rje 02:05, 12 August 2006 (UTC)

Please stop adding commercial or personal-website links to Wikipedia. It is considered spamming, and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising. Thanks. ST47 15:21, 16 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Jeff Ryan and Chris Coleman

I'll take full responsibility for the mixup in the Jeff Ryan article by transposing him with a longtime friend and colleague of his. However, Jeff did for a time operate a website on Providence radio that was patterened after Coleman's (and reportedly suffered similar fates as Citadel Communications, then-employer of both Coleman and Ryan, asked for the sites to be downscaled due to impartiality issues. Would this be an appropriate add? Scrabbleship 22:28, 5 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Tom Hoobler

I'll take your word for it that you are the contestant mentioned here, but you're editing from an AOL IP address, used by countless other people, many vandals. If you want to continue to contribute to Wikipedia, I'd suggest signing up for an account. It can actually be more anonymous than an IP address (I know, after all, that your ISP is AOL), and other editors will take you more seriously.--Curtis Clark 04:22, 6 November 2006 (UTC)
