[edit] Seemingly random changes
This IP is used by at least(bare minimum), one high school. It could also be a district or complex wide IP also, which is why there are seemingly unrelated changes at different times. I am just one student at the high school, and there are many more who may or may not edit. 204.9.144.52 15:27, 9 March 2006 (UTC)
- Based on the WHOIS lookup, it seems that this is one of many IPs belonging to a network of schools in southeast Ohio, called OMERESA at [1]. If you try to visit without the www, you'll also find that's a network ran by some either very lazy or very thick administrators. 204.9.144.52 15:03, 24 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Block
I believe it would be a good idea to block this IP, as it seems many students are vandalizing pages from this address, and no one is likely to actually add any useful content. 204.9.144.52 14:21, 10 May 2006 (UTC)
