[edit] IP address
Although this IP address is registered to South Australian Centre for Manufacturing - Silicon Works Centre I am not currently at there so I believe this is a proxy used by the ISP. (I didn't do the vandalising by the way) --203.122.195.136 06:42, 24 October 2006 (UTC)

Please do not replace Wikipedia pages with blank content, as you did to User talk:Mr. Lefty/Archive 3. Blank pages are harmful to Wikipedia because they have a tendency to confuse readers. If it is a duplicate article, please redirect it to an appropriate existing page. If the page has been vandalised, please revert it to the last legitimate version. If you feel that the content of a page is inappropriate, please edit the page and replace it with appropriate content. If you believe there is no hope for the page, please see the deletion policy for how to proceed. Thanks for contributing to Wikipedia! DVD+ R/W 04:17, 25 August 2006 (UTC)

Thank you for your suggestion! When you feel an article needs improvement, please feel free to make those changes. Wikipedia is a wiki, so anyone can edit almost any article by simply following the Edit this page link at the top. You don't even need to log in (although there are many reasons why you might want to). The Wikipedia community encourages you to be bold in updating pages. Don't worry too much about making honest mistakes — they're likely to be found and corrected quickly. If you're not sure how editing works, check out how to edit a page, or use the sandbox to try out your editing skills. New contributors are always welcome. Just to clarify. Yes, Internode are an ISP and they run several transparent proxies on their network, this IP address belongs to one of them. As far as I know these proxies only operate in Adelaide, and customers connected to their network there. Disclaimer: I do not speak for Internode, I am mearly a customer.
[edit] Re: Unfair Blocking
In short, your best move on widely shared IPs like this is to just register an account. It will make everything easier -- you'll be able to see and show off your editing history more easily, you'll be able to set preferences, keep a watchlist, start articles, send and receive messages with far greater ease (and avoid all the vandalism warnings and such for other users here). It'll only take you a few seconds, and most important: admins who block this address will probably block "anon-only," which means that if you have an account, you'll still be able to edit. Hope that works out for ya. :) Luna Santin 08:09, 10 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Further vandalism

The next time you vandalize a page, as you did to West Ham United F.C., you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Gwernol 23:53, 13 November 2006 (UTC)

This is the discussion page for an anonymous user, identified by the user's numerical IP address. Some IP addresses change periodically, and may be shared by several users. If you are an anonymous user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users. Registering also hides your IP address.
