If you are wondering why you have been blocked, then I suggest the following contacts:
- aspacsystemstac@au.mci.com - contact for the owners of this Netblock
- UUNET Australia Limited (if they are still around, otherwise contact MCI) - otherwise there is a good likelihood that you might want to talk to your ISP, Ozemail about the (mis)use of their proxies.
- https://www.det.nsw.edu.au/ - NSW Dept of Education and Training
- General Enquiries Switchboard enquiries please call (02) 9561 8000.
- All other general enquiries, phone the Public Liaison Officer on (02) 9561 8999.
Until someone works out a way of splitting schools and TAFEs from this proxy, the IP address will remain blocked.

Note that it is not only students, people accessing wikipedia via schools or department of education computers, and not only people in New South Wales who are affected by the constant blocks placed on this IP number. Non-school based home users are also regularly affected by the bans on this IP number. Please be very careful before placing more blocks on this IP Number.

I have blocked this IP address permanently. If you are a teacher editing, I'm sorry but you really should look into controlling your students better. I know NSW schools can be rough, but that's really not our problem. - Ta bu shi da yu 01:04, 2 August 2005 (UTC)
