I am not vandalising! What is wrong with changing stuff like Bible to New Testament when it is the New Testament in question. I would like to speak to your manager! This is an outrage. Who allowed you to do what you are doing to me?

Wikimedia keeps on asking me for a donations when I register for an account. Sorry I do not have a credit card!

Donations are voluntary, you do not need to pay to be a member of wikipedia. It will ensure that you are editing as an individual and will credit all changes to your user account. Stu Hacking talk 12:50, 7 June 2006 (UTC)

I don't understand. Why is it asking me for a donation to register an account?

If you are doing it right then it won't - Steps:
  1. at the top right of the wikipedia page is a link called "sign in / create an account" - click this
  2. now it says on the sign in page "don't have an account? create one" - click this
  3. fill in your details and click create - that's all there is to it
Normally when you see the donation page is attached to the server error page. This usually means there's a lot of strain on the wikimedia server so give it a minute then try again. Cheers, Stu Hacking talk 13:02, 7 June 2006 (UTC)
