Hi,

My Gaelic is almost non-existant, but should not Bishopton be "Baile an Easbuig" instead of "Baile an Easbaig"? 86.134.9.25 21:58, 7 August 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Possessive Apostrophes

To create a possessive singular noun, add apostrophe "s". The only exception is the "s" apostrophe required for a noun ending in an "s" that sounds more like a "z", as in Jesus' or Texas'. Ichormosquito 11:16, 5 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Operation rare outside of North America

Thanks for your edits to Cat. But please, just take a moment to summarize your edits on the summary line, just to make life easier for your fellow editors. Also, when I read something such as "the operation is rare outside of North America," it would be reassuring to see an endnote to support that statement. Do you have something you could add to back up that statement? Thanks very much. Reward 18:07, 24 August 2005 (UTC)

[edit] WE177

Hello. You raised some issues about WE.177. I have checked the facts and referenced my source which is an authoritive book on Cold War weapons and infrastructure. As such I have removed your note: "This article contains many factual errors. See 'Discussion'". If possible could you check it again and raise any objections at the discussion page. If you feel the need to add another warning, please use one located here: Wikipedia:Template messages/Disputes, as this will draw the subject to the attention of other editors and is also more aesthetically pleasing. By the way I couldn't agree more about getting this subject 100% right, especially given the massive duplication of Wikipedia articles which would have the effect of spreading disinformation. Thank you. Mark83 19:49, 27 October 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Barnstar

For his excellent work on creating Winged cat, the most bizarre article I have ever seen on Wikipedia, I hereby award this belated Oddball Barnstar to this champion of the strange. If only he had a proper user page... Kafziel 05:24, 21 December 2005 (UTC)
