The 2006 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series season began on February 17, 2006 at Daytona International Speedway with the GM Flex Fuel 250, and ended on November 17, 2006 with the Ford 200 at Homestead-Miami Speedway.

This is the 11th season for the series.

SPEED Channel, an entity of FOX, was the exclusive broadcaster of the series for the 2006 season. Starting in 2007, FOX will carry the season-opening race at Daytona and an additional event with SPEED carrying the remaining races.
