Description

Movie of a near-Earth binary asteroid built from the estimations from radar observations.

This movie has been cropped and gif-ed from the quicktime file released on the source page. The GIF animation cycles for one orbit, since revolutions and librations of the bodies have different periods, a jerk appear at each cycle. For a better rendering, or for other views, follow the link to the source.
