Poison's Greatest Hits: 1986-1996 is a compilation CD by the American 80's glam metal band Poison. The album was released on November 26, 1996 by Capitol Records. The album contains 16 tracks from the band's first four studio albums (Look What the Cat Dragged In, Open Up and Say...Ahh!, Flesh & Blood and Native Tongue) and the live double-album Swallow This Live. In addition, it features two tracks from Crack a Smile, the band's fifth studio album that was not widely released until 2000.
