Attention:

This IP address, 194.80.240.66, is registered to Roehampton University and may be shared by multiple users. Comments left on this page may be received by other users of this IP and appear to be irrelevant. Caution should be used when blocking this IP or reverting its contributions without checking - if a block is needed, administrators should consider using a soft block.

If you are an unregistered user operating from this address, note that this need not necessarily be the IP address of your machine. In many cases, it turns out to be the IP address of a proxy server that communicates between your browser and the Wikimedia servers. Such proxies are shared among a huge number of users compared to the number of persons using your particular machine. If you are frustrated by irrelevant comments appearing here, you can avoid them by creating an account for yourself.

However, you might still be unable to edit Wikipedia if the IP you are using is blocked due to a MediaWiki "feature". In such a case you could request to be unblocked.

In the event of vandalism from this address, efforts will be made to contact Roehampton University to report network abuse.

Please stop vandalising and adding irrelevant stuff to articles. Thank You. --Munchkinguy 22:00, 8 Apr 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Casino Royale

It appeared, at first sight that you blanked the box office section; but I see that you just rearranged it. I apologize for saying you vandalized the page, I just didn't see where you had moved it to. Either way, it was set to be respectful to all cultures, seeing as you can't say "Domestic" and mean US, or UK; and you can't say "Foreign" and mean everyone else. Hence the reason why we have it as simply "Box Office". Bignole 16:16, 29 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Anonymous vandalism

Hi, thanks for your note. The problem of anonymous vandalism from university or school IPs is common; you can avoid the inconvenience by registering for a user account rather than editing anonymously. Even if the IP is blocked, one can read Wikipedia - blocks would just prevent anonymous vandalism. Cheers, Kaisershatner 16:18, 29 November 2006 (UTC)

You have recently vandalized a Wikipedia article, and you are now being asked to stop this type of behavior. You're welcome to continue editing Wikipedia, so long as these edits are constructive. Please see Wikipedia's Blocking policy and what constitutes vandalism; such actions are not tolerated on Wikipedia, and are not taken lightly.

We hope that you will become a legitimate editor. Again, you are welcome here at Wikipedia, but remember not to vandalize or you will soon be blocked from editing.

If you feel you have received this message in error, it may be because you are using a shared IP address. Nevertheless, repeated vandalism from this address may cause you to be included in any future sanctions such as temporary blocks or bans. To avoid confusion in the future, we invite you to create a user account of your own.

Please do not add nonsense to Wikipedia, as you did to Superman. It is considered vandalism. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you. If this is an IP address, and it is shared by multiple users, ignore this warning if you did not make any unconstructive edits. -Royalguard11(Talk·Desk·Review Me!) 22:57, 7 December 2006 (UTC)

Please stop. If you continue to vandalize pages, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Khoikhoi 23:23, 7 December 2006 (UTC)
