User continues to delete fragments of content. User, please stop vandalising Wikipedia.

This is your last warning. The next time you vandalize a page you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. --Ryan Delaney talk 10:47, 17 August 2005 (UTC)

Please do not replace Wikipedia pages with blank content. Blank pages are harmful to Wikipedia because they have a tendency to confuse readers. If it is a duplicate article, please redirect it to an appropriate existing page. If the page has been vandalised, please revert it to the last legitimate version. If you feel that the content of a page is inappropriate, please edit the page and replace it with appropriate content. If you believe there is no hope for the page, please see the deletion policy for how to proceed. Thanks for contributing to Wikipedia! -- GraemeL (talk) 12:53, 29 August 2005 (UTC)

Blocked for a week, as this IP seems to only be used to commit the types of vandalism described on this talk page. If this is determined to be a non-dynamic, or near-enough, address, it should be blocked indefinitely. android79 12:45, 10 October 2005 (UTC)

Comment: This user is now restoring vandalic edits performed by other user. Not even original, huh? --Pablo D. Flores (Talk) 10:49, 26 October 2005 (UTC)

Blocked for another two weeks for blanking and content deletion of Sumer-related topics. This IP address resolves as proxy1.fh-muenster.de (Muenster University of Applied Sciences) so I do not believe an indefinite block is a good idea, even if the only editing from this address thus far has been vandalism. --Stormie 12:48, 27 October 2005 (UTC)
