Actually, the polarization article does define p and s polarization. It even has a diagram. It does not, on the other hand, define "plane of incidence", so ironically your edit was guilty of exactly the thing you were complaining about—using a technical term without defining it. I reverted to the explanation that used terms defined in the article. I'll take a look and see if I can make the definitions of p and s a little more obvious.--Srleffler 03:44, 7 September 2006 (UTC)
