18th Street, located at Park Avenue and 18th Street, was only open from 1904 to 1948. The station was closed because of platform lengthening at 14th Street-Union Square. It is possible to see the lights of 14th Street-Union Square down the tracks from the platform of this station.

The station is inaccessible from the street, but still shows heavy graffiti. It can be seen through the windows of any Lexington Avenue Local train.
