Live Bonnaroo: 16th of June, 2006 is the fourth live album (fifth overall) by progressive rock band Umphrey's McGee. It was recorded during the band's performance at the 2006 Bonnaroo Music Festival in Manchester, TN. This marks the group's fourth performance in the five year history at Bonnaroo, making the band one of only a small handful of artists to perform at the festival on four occasions. It also marks the first ever double album from Umphrey's McGee.

Tracks include a number of originals, along with two songs ("Partyin' Peeps" and "40's Theme") originally recorded by Ali Baba's Tahini - a group led by Umphrey's guitarist Jake Cinninger and Mother Vinegar guitarist Karl Engelmann. The closing part of the show features three Pink Floyd covers featuring members of the Disco Biscuits, the Benevento-Russo Duo, and Brothers Past.

The album is also available as a digital download on the band's website.
