User talk:139.80.123.40
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
I am a student at the University of Otago - all on campus internet access is routed through the proxy server(s), if this range is blocked it affects all students on campus. Admins feel free to report incidents of mass/chronic/repeated/patterned vandalism to helpdesk (at) otago dot ac dot nz. Because internet access is via proxy, I have been assured it will be possible to identify the students responsible and take action against them. Include every incidence of vandalism AND precise timestamp of each. Please consider this as another option that will allow vandalism to be addressed at its root cause.--139.80.123.40 03:58, 23 November 2006 (UTC)

Please use Wikipedia:Sandbox for any other tests you want to do, since testing material in articles will normally be removed quickly. Please see the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia. Thanks. - Evil saltine 05:10, 9 Sep 2004 (UTC)

[edit] Tycho Brahe
Thanks for editing Wikipedia. I've reverted your change to the Tycho Brahe article; although he later as associated with the university of Leipzig, he began in 1559 at the university of Copenhagen, as the article originally stated. But don't let this discourage you from more contributions. Do try to check your sources more carefully before making changes, though; there are many errors on Wikipedia, but that wasn't one of them.--ragesoss 00:38, 18 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Captial punishment and Stoning
Hi. I've moved your comments on the Capital punishment and Stoning articles to those articles' talk pages. Wikipedia is not really the place to gather support for a cause or issue, but if you want to draw attention to such a cause, it's better to do it on the article's talk page than on the main article. -- Vary | Talk 13:13, 20 May 2006 (UTC)

It might not have been your intention, but you recently removed content from Talk:John Ling. Please be careful not to remove content from Wikipedia without a valid reason, which you should specify in the edit summary or on the article's talk page. Thank you. If you feel that the edit I reverted should not have been reverted, please contact me. -- Omicronpersei8 (talk) 22:36, 18 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] 6 August Vandalism
Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing.
