Where did you get the data about the share of high schools? --Irpen 08:17, 22 March 2006 (UTC)

I don't know for sure that the data cited in the article is about high schools, but I think that's what they are. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

I recently saw about the same data on the Party of Regions website. The point that they were illustrating is that the number of Russian schools decreased in half. Give me a moment, I'll probably bring a link.
