Please remove this block and review future vandalism with the University's computing administrator (who will, depending on the severity of the vandalism, no doubt be able to help in ascertaining who the culprit is). A block time of one month is a punishment far too severe against a large number of people due to the actions of a very small minority. I am aware that this is block is only for anonymous editing, however, it is often a valuable option to be able to edit an article anonymously. For example, journal article reviews are, the vast majority of the time, submitted anonymously. This allows for reviewers to protect their identity and avoid the repercussions that signing a review could possibly bring. For the same reason, structured debate on scientific entries in wikipedia should be allowed to continue anonymously, without risking the reputation of the submitter.>>

Please ask your university's network administrator to contact us at unblock-en-l regarding the tracking down of recent vandal(s) originating from this university or else should it resume, anonymous editing will be disabled once more.
