12 Greatest Hits or simply Greatest Hits is a compilation album produced by Owen Bradley to promote an album of Patsy Cline's biggest hits. The album became one of the most successful Country albums ever produced when it remained on the Country charts for over thirty years and is still even on the Country charts to this day. The album is even in the Guinness World Book of Records for being the longest Country album on the Country Music charts by a female artist. The album features all of Cline's biggest hits, including a remake of "Walkin' After Midnight" and other big hits like "Crazy" and "I Fall to Pieces". The album was also certified by RIAA as Diamonnd, meaning that the album had reached a sales of ten million copies.
