12 Boötis is a spectroscopic binary in the constellation Boötes. It is approximately 120 light years from Earth.
The primary component, 12 Boötis A, is a yellow-white F-type subgiant with an apparent magnitude of +4.82. It's companion, 12 Boötis B, is separated from the primary by approximately one arcsecond. The binary pair completes one orbit around its centre of mass once every 9.6045 days.
