[edit] Welcome

Ah, good. I was feeling a bit lonely here. Tintin (talk) 17:49, 27 February 2006 (UTC)

Sorry for a late response. Prisoners of the Sun for me ! :-) Tintin (talk) 10:24, 13 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Rajput

I have no idea who you are or where you came from but I wish you all the best on the Rajput article. Don't let anyone bully you from keeping to the truth and authentic historical facts of such a glorious Jati of the Varna system.

[edit] Let me try reasoning

Removal of copyvio tags is Vandalism, and can get you banned. Also, such removal does not help save the page, as you may well find out soon. It does not help your reputation either: if your knowledge of no matter is adequate to set forth two sentences of your own upon, what are you doing here?? In that case, sit back and enjoy the reading. You cannot make a career on WP based on copy-paste from sundry websites.

However, I appreciate that you seem to know a few Hindi poems. WP is not the place to put up long texts (why not entire Ramacharitramanas on Tulsidas page), and even very small and highly relevent verses MUST be accompanied by an English translation and interpretation. Your skills may be better suited to hi: and you may be happier there, but even there, you will have to LINK to such websites, not put up huge texts. Lastly, I advise you to be reasonable in your behavior if you expect others to be reasonable with you and your edits. ImpuMozhi 08:37, 7 March 2006 (UTC)

please behave. Your knowledge is welcome, but you have to be prepared to do actual work, not just belligerent edit warring. Try to improve articles in Category:Rajputs if this is the topic you care about most, step by step. Feel also free to take a break with some unrelated, uncontroversial article. If you continue your childish behaviour, you will achieve nothing at all except getting your account blocked (I realize that you may be a returning blocked user anyway, of course). dab () 12:39, 8 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Re:Rajput

Hi, O great fan of Captain Haddock - I'm not interested in the Rajput page, but I wish you all the best, and if you need any particular help from me, just ask. Also, I respect your work and enthusiasm, but I hope you will be careful over this very sensitive page. Please remember that Wikipedia is all about knowledge. Rama's Arrow 07:23, 13 March 2006 (UTC)

I believe ImpuMozhi is an Indian - please don't bear any grudges, however, and listen to the opinions of all. I understand your concern about a Muslim-bent, becoz there has been some revisionist history going on on many Indian history and politics articles. However, we can defeat any such malicious attempts on the basis of facts. Wikipedia is all about knowledge - you keep learning even from your "adversaries," and what one ends up learning is often far in excess of anything one contributes. Hope to work with you in the future. Rama's Arrow 07:41, 13 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] warning

You are in danger of violating the three-revert rule on an article. Please cease further reverts or you may be blocked from further editing.

As they say in the movies, "oh be-have". Seriously, though, we are trying to write an encyclopedia here, so don't make joke edits. Some readers looking for a serious article might not find them amusing. Remember, millions of people read Wikipedia, so we have to take what we do a bit seriously here. If you'd like to experiment with editing, try the sandbox, where you can write whatever you want (as long as it's not offensive).

[edit] nice pictures

on rajput page. Specially Pratap riding Chetak. Are you a rajput? =Bhannu 12:33, 15 March 2006 (UTC)

Neat, Banno has a doubt. Did he get it from Talk:Rajput, I wonder?? Over to typhoons, who will begin activity, while Stephanian takes rest. ImpuMozhi 12:59, 15 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Thank you

I sincerely thank you for defending me, and I hope we can work together on this Rajput article. I am trying to make all parties come to a peaceful agreement only becaue I want the Rajputs to become an amazing article. Tell me waht your vision is and perhaps we can see it come to fruit. I will try my best to make sure that your version is also represented in this article. I guess I will be of more use in two weeks after my schedule improves. Until then, with deepest regards, my fellow Rajput, Sincerely, Gorkhali 02:19, 16 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Kirti Azad

I didn't watch the match. It was a few months before I started following cricket seriously. Tintin (talk) 07:17, 16 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Memorable ODI batting performance

Hello 10000tt,

Just a courtesy note that I've nominated Memorable ODI batting performance for deletion. I'm sorry about that; I appreciate your idea, but I don't think it can ever be made objective, and objectivity is the cornerstone of Wikipedia. There will be a short discussion before it's either deleted or kept: you can join in the discussion at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Memorable ODI batting performance.
