From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
10 Inner Harbor is a new $360 million skyscraper approved for downtown Baltimore, overlooking the Inner Harbor. It will feature 285 luxury condominiums, a 192-room hotel, restaurants, and shopping. Being built on a parking lot adjacent to Camden Yards, The Baltimore Convention Center, and Harborplace, the building will rise to a height of 717ft (219m) enclosing 59 floors, which will be the tallest building in Baltimore, usurping the title from the Legg Mason building built in 1973. The 1.3 million square foot project is being developed by Arc Wheeler and designed by Robert A. M. Stern Architects.
