The American Football League (AFL) played for ten seasons, 1960 through 1969. The twenty players named below were in the league at its inception and at its end. Seven of them played their entire AFL careers with only one franchise. They are Gino Cappelletti and Jim Hunt (Boston Patriots); Larry Grantham and Bill Mathis (New York Titans and Jets); Johnny Robinson (Dallas Texans and Kansas City Chiefs); and Wayne Hawkins and Jim Otto (Oakland Raiders).
