Şeref Eroğlu (born November 25, 1975 in Kahramanmaras) is a Tuskish wrestler who competed in the Men's Greco-Roman 66 kg at the 2004 Summer Olympics and won the silver medal.

He is a three-time European champion and has won two bronze medals and one gold medal at the World Championships. In 1997 he was named Greco-Roman Wrestler of the Year by the International Federation of Associated Wrestling Styles (FILA).
