Ģirts Karlsons (born June 7, 1981 in Liepaja) is football striker from Latvia.

As of October 2006 he has played 12 matches and scored 4 goals for the Latvia national team. He debuted in national team in 2003 against Kuwait. Since 1999 he is playing for FHK Liepājas Metalurgs.
