Češinovo-Obleševo (Macedonian:Чешиново-Облешево) is a municipality in eastern Republic of Macedonia. The seat of the municipality is the village Obleševo.

The municipality borders Kočani municipality and Zrnovci municipality in the east and Probištip municipality and Karbinci municipality in the west.
