[edit] POV: "especially stands up for"

POV: "As spokesman for education policy he especially stands up for the equality of opportunities in education for all children and young people. According to him, education plays a decisive role in the individual development of personality as well as in social integration. Özcan Mutlu promotes equality for access to education for all people."
