Óscar Sousa

Óscar Sousa is the defense minister and interior minister of São Tomé and Príncipe. He gained those positions on 9 August 2003.[1] He also served as acting foreign minister for two weeks in March 2004,[2] and again from January 2006 to April 2006.[3]
