Årdalstangen

Årdalstangen is the smallest of the two primary towns part of the municipality Årdal in the county of Sogn og Fjordane on the western coast of Norway. It had 1,510 inhabitants as of January 1, 2004. The town is situated by the sea (Sognefjorden) and serves as the important transport hub for the aluminium industry. Årdalstangen is the administrative center in Årdal.
