Álvaro Bautista (born 21 November 1984 in Talavera de la Reina, Castile-La Mancha) is a Spanish motorcycle racer who currently competes in 125cc in the Motorcycle World championship for the MVA Aspar Aprilia team. He made his race debut in 2002 and his first podium came in his second full season at Donington Park in 2004. He is the 2006 125 cc champion. He will compete in 250 cc in the 2007 season still for MVA Aspar Aprilia team.
